Like most people, I am always busy, always in a hurry. I work two jobs and go to school. But you know what? I still make time for training and eating clean. Otherwise, I would probably be a complete mess and hate my life. Here’s the secret: eating clean doesn’t have to be time consuming. In fact, if you do it right, it will SAVE you time. Prep food ahead of time. Make large batches of everything and eat it throughout the week. Bring your meals with your wherever you go so you never get too hungry! This trick eliminates the temptation of eating junk food a whim, AND you will no longer need to spend time hunting down places to eat, then ordering and waiting for the food.
Anyway, I digress. PROTEIN PANCAKES. Cheap. Fast. Delicious. Clean, clean, clean. I like to eat them first thing in the morning but they are also tasty to bring with you in tupperware. Last time I went snowboarding I ate them with my hands on the lift (yes, I’m gross). Only three essential ingredients, plus whatever fun xtras you wanna add

Here’s what ya do:
Mix 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup egg whites, and 1 scoop whey protein powder together in a bowl. Pour onto a hot nonstick pan. I pour it all in at once and make one giant pancake. You can make the traditional small pancakes of course, but personally I prefer a giant cake because it’s the fastest to cook and I like it kinda mushy in the middle (sooo good). Once it’s in the pan, I add some berries if I am in the mood, or bananas, or pecans! Then I flip, finish cooking and remove from heat! Topping with ground cinnamon is BOMB. I always use Walden Farms Calorie Free Syrup.
